Fees

Each therapist sets their own fees, which can range from $130 to $150 for a 50 minute session depending on the type.  Fees will be discussed with you prior to proceeding with therapy.

Insurance

Each therapist is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Please contact your provider before a first therapy session to see if Registered Psychotherapists are a part of your insurance plan and to ask how your plan compensates you for therapy services. The therapists do not offer direct billing but are happy to provide you with anything you need to submit for possible reimbursement.

Our Psychotherapy Sessions are covered by most insurance plans.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  1. Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
  2. Does my health insurance cover Registered Psychotherapists?
  3. Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
  4. Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
  5. Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment and Cancelation Policy

Session fee payments are due with each session and are between you and the therapist. Payment is accepted in the form of cash, e-transfer, credit or cheque. Therapists ask if you are unable to attend a session, that you please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Late cancellations are subject to the full session fee.
